So a lot of things in the background changed this weekend, and most of you haven't noticed most of it.
With changes, comes glitches, bugs and other unintended things. Please let me know if you see things that you think are unintended.
As for Profile Customization, it's been completely disabled globally for all users exception of Admins. I need to speak to @Kyle and find out what usergroups are supposed to have it.
Update: I have given Famed, Graphics, and Community Helpers profile customization.
