Fixed

• Players who do not qualify for restricted weapons can no longer see them in /sellgun
• Admins can no longer alter their own admin rank
• If a silent(stealthed) admin whispers to another admin, it will inform the admin who they are
• When a player was in a group, whilst meeting the requirements of /fire within the FBI it conflicted and told them they were unauthorized
• /omakevip gave Gold VIP instead of Platinum in instances
• When requesting FBI backup it'd state DEA

• Modified anticheat parameters (confidential)
• Probationary system adjustments to replace the silent admin system
• Ranks within the FBI
• /fire is now executable by FBI (the 'kill' aspect used by Sector 9 is however not accessible to the FBI)
• FBI's radio no longer shows above their heads upon utilizing the command
• FBI now have access to SAPD gates
• Before using /d(epartment) radio on your session you'll have to /setdep prior, encouraging the use of intercommunication between factions rather than the global messages
• Changes to the '/setdep' system, enforcing its constant usage
