Welcome to San Andreas Roleplay

First and foremost, I'd like to welcome you all to the re-opening of San Andreas Roleplay, a server a lot of you are most likely already familiar with.

San Andreas Roleplay was launched originally in 2007 and came a long way from what it originally was all the way until late 2018 when the server officially shut down. The reasons to SA:RP's demise consisted mainly of poor administration and an extremely neglectful management. As the playerbase dwindled, the community faded, the host expired, and down went one of the most prominent and historic servers on SA:MP.

Since the original San Andreas Roleplay went offline, there have been multiple attempts at re-launching the distinguished community of SA:RP, but none proved to be successful in the long run, with the playerbase not lasting. The most recent of these attempts having shut down less than a week ago which ultimately failed due to poor administration and little to no caretaking of server's crucial aspects such as the forums and script.

We understand that there are many players who long for the nostalgia of once-more building a character, developing it, roleplaying in factions, building a criminal empire and more all whilst being in the safety of a familiar community, that being SA:RP. Therefore, we have decided to accommodate to your needs and have decided to launch this server. We organized a few individuals and decided to launch the official San Andreas Roleplay, consisting of active, attentive and experienced management who will no longer neglect the community and it's needs.

Refunds

Our server will retain SA:RP's original script and forum format, however, player files will not be refunded due to the fact that things will get extremely messy extremely quick. Instead, we are willing to refund player levels, along with a substantial amount of money that will allow you to build your character not entirely from scratch, but most definitely from a fresh start. Any sort of property, including vehicles or houses will not be refunded, but must be purchased instead.

The levels will be distributed as follows; players that are able to provide substantial proof of their original level on the ORIGINAL San Andreas Roleplay that shut down in 2018 will be refunded a level based off of the system management has established for refunding levels. If you want your former level back, you must provide screenshots of your stats showcasing your level. If you fail to do so, you will receive a level based on admin discretion. If you can provide proof, you will be assigned a level based on the following system:

Our Team of Staff

Our staff currently consist of veteran former SA:RP players and admins alike who have proven themselves to be not only capable of their current roles, but as administrators who harbor nothing but the best interests of this community in their hearts.

Dirk - a true veteran of SA:RP, Dirk wandered into the community of SA:RP way back in September of 2010, and he's kept his presence known ever since, proving his loyalty to the community. Dirk has proven himself to not only be a seasoned web technician but also a developer of the game, currently studying computer science. Combine those traits with excellent leadership and a logical and self-effacing mind for decision making and you have the perfect community director.

Vinny - having been a member of SA:RP since the start of 2012, Vinny has consistently been a big name within the higher echelon of the community. Vinny has consecutively held prominent roles within the community, making drastically significant changes in various different aspects of the game itself, proving not only to be an unstoppable force of change and improvement, but also a visionary and a keen decision maker when it comes to the betterment of the community. Vinny has served as an administrator multiple times, as well as in key in-game leadership and overall staff positions. Within San Andreas Roleplay, Vinny will oversee the administration of the community alongside Dirk amongst the management circle.

Lance - a respected name within the community, Lance has lifted his name straight to the top of the scoreboards as one of the most trusted and highly-sought names when it comes to who you want on your team. Whether it be factions in-game or a staff role within the community, Lance will surely excel. Experienced with leadership in the past, Lance is going to be a significant part of San Andreas Roleplay as the director of faction management, overseeing all the factions in-game. A calculating mind, firm grip and zero tolerance for nonsense are what make Lance exceptionally unique in what he does.

Melvin - not many individuals can come as long a way as Melvin has, all things considered. A name that has been permanently etched into the history books of San Andreas Roleplay, Melvin has consistently upheld himself as one of the most active and valiant members of the community. Always looked up to by others, Melvin is a natural leader and an instinctive decision maker, but the best part about Melvin is his constant determination for improvement. Melvin truly wants the best for the community and he will utilize his excellent decision making as the director of ban appeals, also serving a key role within management.

Dominic - not often will you find someone who is as clear headed as Dominic is, a long-time member of the SA:MP scene, Dominic is knowledgeable in every aspect of a roleplay server. If you want someone who knows all the ins and outs of a roleplay community, Dominic is your guy. A solid addition to the administrative circle, Dominic's determination and eagerness to succeed will make him a prolific director of public relations. In addition, his experience within factions and how the gears of roleplay turn within a roleplay community has earned him a spot within the faction management team as assistant director.

Benny - constantly proving his loyalty to the cause, Benny is a former executive administrator within San Andreas Roleplay and an exceptional leader who's always willing to listen in order to improve himself. These characteristics have catapulted Benny into being recruited as a level 4 administrator in charge of factions and groups, sharing the responsibility with his colleagues. An easy-going and sharp individual, Benny is always there if you require a helping hand.

Today, within these forums and this community, we would like to offer you the best version of San Andreas Roleplay you can possibly hope for, along with the nostalgic experience of once-more roleplaying on your favorite server amongst your friends, all while being under the management of a caring and involved administration.

And with that being said, we would like to welcome you to a new and brighter era of SA:RP, a rejuvenated community with promising leadership, offering quality administration and the experience of roleplaying on a familiar server that you love much, all of this paired with your former level and a sufficient amount of wealth to start you off.
